As an Onboarding Consultant, youāll empower some of the hundreds of customers that join us every month to make the most of CloudTalk. You'll drive engagement, maximize adoption, and ensure long-term customer success, ultimately leading to seamless renewals and expansion opportunities.

What Youāll Work On
- Own the beginning of the customer journey ā onboarding is the most important part of the customer's success, ensuring they see maximum value from CloudTalk from the get-go.
- Drive timely product adoption
- Be a trusted product expert ā guide clients through best practices and help customers leverage advanced features.
- Drive revenue retention & expansion ā proactively identify opportunities for longer commitments, upsells and higher-tier plan advocacy.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Customer-first mindset ā you thrive on making customers successful.
- Technical aptitude ā you enjoy learning about software products inside out and can guide customers in leveraging their full potential.
- Industry knowledge ā experience in B2B SaaS, business calling software, or cloud communication tools.
- Proven experience ā youāve worked in Customer Success or Onboarding in a SaaS company.
- Familiarity with customer tools ā experience using Zendesk, Custify, Planhat, or HubSpot is a plus.
- Fluent in English, no other language is required
