Live Streamer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Live stream products on social media platforms ( Shopee, Tiktok, among others) to promote sales.
• Create and develop a strategy on how to improve the production workflow and contributes to the content of the show.
• Drives traffic and engagement by interacting with online customers/viewers, directly answering inquiries on product information, payment method, and shipping process during live shows.
• Knowledgeable of all products, functionality and promotions.
• Maintains good relationships with customers to ensure high engagements, sales and repeat buying.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure adherence to management standards on live streaming.

Skills and Qualifications

• Has at least experience doing live streaming, online selling, hosting social media events, etc.
• With a cheerful and pleasing personality.
• Must be computer literate and knowledgeable in Microsoft tools. 
• Experienced in handling social media platforms and other marketplaces.
• With good communication skills.
• Willing to work on flexible work hours.
• Willing to undergo training.
