Job Summary:Â
The Regional Manageris responsible for driving revenue growth within Jamaica by selling managed services, and IT solutions including cloud, cybersecurity, business continuity solutions, andValue Added Resale (VAR) to enterprise and mid-market customers. This role requires a deep understanding of theregion andthe ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships, and the capability to manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets. The Senior Account Executive will work closely with cross-functional teams, including senior management, marketing,solutions, and service delivery, to ensure client satisfaction and growth.Â

Key Responsibilities:Â
- Sales Strategy and PlanningÂ
- Develop a market sizing and Go-to-Market Plan for the territory.Â
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the region to achieve revenue and growth targets.Â
- Identify and prioritize key markets, customer segments, and opportunities for managed services within the region.Â
- Forecast sales goals andobjectives for the region, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet targets.Â

- Market LeadershipÂ
- Develop thought leadership platforms to drive outsourced IT, cloud services and managed services agendas in theregion.Â
- Promote sovereign cloud services agenda and sovereign data management as fundamental to national data integrity and defense.Â
- Become aregionally-recognized subject matter expert on subjects relating to sovereign data, IT integrity,cybersecurity and digital transformation.Â

- Client Relationship ManagementÂ
- Build andmaintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers withinmajor government and private sector accounts.Â
- Understand client needs and tailor managed services solutions to meet their businessobjectives.Â
- Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.Â

- Team LeadershipÂ
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets.Â
- Conduct regular sales training and coaching sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.Â
- Monitor and assess team performance,providing feedback andtaking corrective actions when necessary.Â

- Business DevelopmentÂ
- Identify new business opportunities within the region, including potential partnerships and strategic alliances.Â
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation activities to build a robust sales pipeline.Â
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote managed services offerings.Â

- Collaboration and Cross-Functional CoordinationÂ
- Work closely with marketing to develop and execute regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.Â
- Collaborate withsolutions and technology partners to stay informed about the latest managed services offeringsand productupdates.Â
- Collaboratewith service delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support for clients.Â

- Reporting and AnalyticsÂ
- Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management.Â
- Use CRM tools and analytics tomonitor sales activities, pipeline, and results.Â
- Report and analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies and tactics accordingly.Â
Â
Qualifications:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).Â
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with a focus on managed services, IT services, or technology solutions.Â
- Proventrack record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a regional or national role.Â
- Good understanding and experience implementing proven sales methodologies.Â
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.Â
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Â
- Deep understanding of managed services, including cloud services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and related technologies.Â
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.Â

Preferred Skills:Â
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).Â
- Strong network ofcontacts within the region, including senior management within target verticals, public sector, and industry peers.Â
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactical plans.Â

Work Environment:Â
This role is hybrid, starting in a purely remote setting with a possibility to work in a regional office. All required equipment will be provided. Frequent travel within the region isrequired.Â
