10+ years’ experience in a senior management position directing complex large-scale technology programs and projects.
· 7+ years’ experience providing leadership and expertise during planning, forecasting, implementation, and identification of resource requirements for enterprise level programs and projects.
· Experience directing teams of architects, programmers, analysts and testers in a variety of small to large-scale projects.
· 10+ years’ experience developing strategic and tactical goals and objectives and long-range roadmaps for mission-critical systems, including cloud technologies, and the necessary standards and processes to support these goals and objectives.
· Extensive knowledge of cloud vendors, platforms, hybrid cloud and multi-cloud solutions
· Understand private, public and managed cloud scenarios
· Private as well as public-sector experience, preferably in state government.
· Strong system analysis skills, experienced across the complete project lifecycle.
· Familiarity with ITIL based service delivery methodologies.
· Experience with cloud solutioning and migration projects.
· Experience managing programs and projects in an environment involving multiple datacenters: in-house datacenter, colo datacenter, hosted datacenter, Software as a Service, and cloud datacenter.
· Experience with migration of applications to the cloud.
· Strong communications skills, having the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff -- both technical staff and executive management.
· 7+ years of vendor management experience
· Experience developing consensus with disparate groups, sometimes with competing agendas.
Experience developing enterprise technical policies for management consideration.
