One of India's fastest growing consumer health platforms -- Clinikally -- is hiring a Warehouse Manager (Location: Gurgaon) to lead from the front! You will have a substantial impact on scaling a first-of-its-kind digital health & e-commerce platform, and play a vital role in building out a fun and inclusive early team.
**Who we are looking for**:
As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products related to skin, hair, nutrition & overall wellness - such as [SPF 50 sunscreen](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-sunprotect-sunscreen-spf-50), [niacinamide serum](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-nia-serum), and [hair growth serum](https://www.clinikally.com/products/clinikally-hair-regrow-serum). You will manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring that processes are optimized for maximum productivity, accuracy, and safety. You will also lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

**What you will do**:
*Operations Management*:
- Coordinate and one point of contact for all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
- Develop and implement efficient workflows and procedures to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
- Monitor inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with the courier partners, rates negotiation, logistics and managing the order processing.
- Should have prior work experience in building the internal OMS system in place.
- Maintaining and presenting the monthly MIS reports.
*Inventory Control*:
- Implement inventory management systems to track stock levels, movement, and replenishment in coordination with purchase department.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Develop strategies to minimize excess/less inventory and optimize space utilization within the warehouse.
*Team Leadership*:
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff, planning expansion and providing guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment conducive to teamwork, collaboration, and high performance.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
*Cross Functional Coordination*:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to order accuracy, delivery delays, or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Technical, sales and customer service, to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and exceed service expectations.
*Process Improvement*:
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance warehouse operations.
- Analyze warehouse processes and identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and developments to remain competitive in the marketplace
**What we are looking for**:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in warehouse management or logistics, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in SKU level monitoring for inventory, warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software applications.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical analysis software
