CLIENT LIAISON/ JUNIOR PARALEGAL needed for a long term project at a law firm in downtown Miami (possibility to go perm). This is an onsite job Monday thru Friday, paying $22/hour. Interested candidates please emaiil your resume to me at jmoses@phaxis.com

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver high-quality customer service handling incoming and outgoing phone calls with clients
responsible for managing client correspondence, verifying and uploading documents into case management systems,
Collect, validate, and upload client documentation into case management platforms.
Ordering of medical records, interacting with firm vendors as needed
Manage client expectations by explaining the settlement/claims process clearly.
Develops and maintains records on cases.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Quick learner and ability to understand legal language and case settlement processes and other related matters .
Adept at learning and using legal software.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, and to exercise discretion and good judgment.
