We’re actively seeking a “UI/UX Designer” to become an integral member of our Product Team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to fully understand business and app/user requirements in order to translate them into clear, usable and visually engaging user interfaces
- Create wireframes, interactive  prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for responsive web and mobile applications, with ability to take ownership of design tasks from wireframes to final handoff
- Design user interfaces that balance aesthetics, functionality, and brand consistency, creating visually compelling layouts while maintaining a strong focus on usability
- Design with real product behavior in mind, including loading states, empty states, error states, validations, permissions, conditional flows and responsive behavior
- Understand, develop, maintain and utilize design systems, style guides, and interaction patterns for consistency across products
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of front-end designs with back-end systems and support the implementation process where needed
- Conduct usability testing and usete with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and technologies that can continuously improve the design processesr research, iterating on designs based on qualitative feedback and analytics tools like GA4, Microsoft Clarity
- Stay up to date with industry trends, UI/UX best practices, and technologies that can continuously improve the design processes
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Interaction Design or related field
- 2+ years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD)
- Ability to create interactive prototypes for testing and validation.
- Familiarity with basic front-end and responsive design principles. Coding is not required, but understanding technical feasibility, states and UI behavior is important.
- Knowledge of data visualization and information design principles
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Positive, collaborative mindset with the ability to receive feedback constructively and iterate on designs accordingly
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or similar platforms for prototyping, UX exploration or workflow acceleration will be considered a plus
