Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific facility maintenance requirements.
  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of services, ensuring all operations meet city-wide quality and compliance standards.
  • Identify new business opportunities and promote expanded services to existing clients.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve any service issues effectively.
  • Manage contractor relationships, including hiring, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, service schedules, and performance metrics.
