š°Weekdays (MonāFri): Ā£15.30 per hour
š°Saturdays: Ā£15.30 per hour
š°Sundays: Ā£16.25 per hour
šShift Patterns
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle with consistent, reliable work:
šDay shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM ā 2:00/3:00 PM
šEvening shifts: 4:00 PM ā 9:00 PM
šSleep-in/Waking nights: 9:00 PM ā 7:00 AM

š¼Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant
As a Senior Care Assistant, youāll be at the heart of our service, supporting residents and guiding our care team. Youāll help individuals live independently, take part in community life, and enjoy meaningful days.
āØKey Responsibilities
Resident Care
š§ Support residents with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility, toileting, feeding).
Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
š Administer medication safely (with training).
š Keep accurate records (care plans, observations, reports).
Team Leadership
š¤ Supervise and mentor care assistants on shift.
Allocate duties fairly and ensure high standards of care.
š Support training and development of new team members.
š¬ Communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.
Health & Safety
š Monitor residentsā wellbeing and escalate concerns promptly.
š”ļø Respond to emergencies and safeguarding issues appropriately.
š§¼ Ensure infection control and health & safety standards are always maintained.
š¦øWhat Youāll Need
We are looking for an experienced, reliable leader who values dignity, safety, and teamwork.
ā Experience in social care (experience within an extra care or housing scheme setting is highly valued)
ā NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)
ā Genuine compassion and respect for others
ā Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
ā The right to work in the UK
