As Regional Recruiter for Wales, you'll take ownership of recruitment across our Welsh branches - partnering with local operational teams to attract and hire compassionate care professionals. You'll be a trusted partner to branch managers, a champion for candidates, and a key driver of CCH's continued growth in Wales.Â
What you will be doing?Â
Managing recruitment for Care Assistant and support roles across WalesÂ
Building strong relationships with branch managers across Welsh locationsÂ
Designing and delivering targeted recruitment campaigns via job boards and social media. Tracking and reporting on recruitment metrics, pipeline and your personal KPI’sÂ
Attending careers fairs and community events to raise CCH's profile locallyÂ
Supporting onboarding initiatives and promoting retention across the regionÂ

What you need
Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in care, healthcare, or high-volume sectorsÂ
Confident communicator, able to build rapport at all levelsÂ
Comfortable working autonomously across a large geographic patchÂ
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicleÂ
Data-driven approach to managing recruitment activity and reportingÂ
Passionate about making a difference through peopleÂ
Able to work with and achieve based on KPI’sÂ
