We’re looking forexperienced full-time and part-time Female Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting service users acrossHemel Hempstead and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.

💷 Pay & Benefits
Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.20 per hour
Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.00 per hour
Mileage allowance: £0.30 per mile

⏰ Shift Patterns
We provide care7 days a week with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Experienced female care assistants with a passion for helping others
Reliable, compassionate, and committed individuals
Willingness to travel locally (mileage paid)
Must be eligible to work in the UK
💙What You’ll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
✨ You’ll help with:
💧Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
💊Assisting with medication – preparation and administration
🚶Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely
🍲Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support
🧺Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning
💬Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships
✨ You’ll also:
🤝Encourage social engagement and family connections
👀Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
📝Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
🛡️Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
🧩Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
🦸What We’re Looking For
We are looking for experienced female care professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our wonderful clients.
✅Experience: Previous experience as a Care Assistant with a true passion for helping others.
🚗Driving Requirement: A willingness to travel locally with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid).
