As aCare Professional, youâll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
Your key responsibilities include:
⢠đ§ Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
⢠đ Medication support (preparation and administration)
⢠đ˛ Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
⢠đś Mobility and equipment support
⢠𧺠Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
⢠đŹ Companionship and emotional support
- Youâll also:
⢠đ¤ Encourage social engagement and family connections
⢠đ Monitor health and report any changes
⢠đ Maintain accurate documentation
⢠đĄď¸ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
