Care Assistant

Pay: £13 per hour

Shifts: Full-time days and nights available

Driver required: Yes - fullmanuallicence due to driving the client's vehicle

About the Role

You will support an active38‑year‑old female client living withSpinal Muscular Atrophy (Type 2). She lives independently in her own home and leads a busy, social lifestyle.

Your role will include:

• Supporting all aspects ofpersonal care
• Moving and handling
• Medication administration
• Helping withhousehold tasks
• Driving the client’sadapted manual vehicle
• Supporting her to access work, social activities, Powerchair Football, holidays, and community events

Because her lifestyle is varied and active,flexibility with working hours is essential

What We’re Looking For

Experience is helpful but not essential — full training is provided. The following skills are advantageous:

• Manual Handling
• Personal Care
• Medication Administration

The only mandatory requirement:  Afull, valid UK manual driving licence and confidence driving on motorways.
