💷Pay & Benefits

💰 Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.70 per hour 💰 Saturdays: £16.50 per hour 💰 Sundays: £16.50 per hour 🚗 Mileage allowance: 30p per mile

⏰Shift Patterns & Contract Security

Our services run 7 days a week, offering shifts to suit your lifestyle:

🌞 Day Shifts: 06:00/07:00 – 14:00 🌙 Evening Shifts: 14:00 – 22:00/23:00

✨Guaranteed Hours are available for the right candidates – giving you the security of regular work!

💙What You’ll Be Doing

Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. You’ll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

✨ You’ll help with:

• 💧Providing personal care with dignity and respect – bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming

• 💊Assisting with medication – preparation and administration

• 🚶Helping with mobility – and using aids/equipment safely

• 🍲Preparing meals/snacks – and offering mealtime support

• 🧺Carrying out light domestic duties – laundry, making beds, light cleaning

• 💬Offering companionship and reassurance – building meaningful relationships

✨ You’ll also:

• 🤝Encourage social engagement and family connections

• 👀Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family

• 📝Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• 🛡️Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

• 🧩Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

🦸What You’ll Need

• 🚗Driving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle isessential for this role.
