We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid per shift at the following premium rates:
š°Weekdays (MonāFri): Ā£14.70 per hour
š°Weekends (SatāSun): Ā£16.50 per hour
šMileage allowance: Ā£0.30p per mile
ā°Shift Patterns
We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle so you can still enjoy everything the local area has to offer:
šDay Shifts: 07:00 AM ā 3:00 PM
šEvening Shifts: 3:00 PM ā 10:00 PM

šWhat Youāll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. Youāll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
⨠Youāll help with:
š§Providing personal care with dignity and respect ā bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
šAssisting with medication ā preparation and administration
š¶Helping with mobility ā and using aids/equipment safely
š²Preparing meals/snacks ā and offering mealtime support
š§ŗCarrying out light domestic duties ā laundry, making beds, light cleaning
š¬Offering companionship and reassurance ā building meaningful relationships
⨠Youāll also:
š¤Encourage social engagement and family connections
šMonitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
šMaintain accurate documentation of care provided
š”ļøRespond to emergencies safely and effectively
š§©Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
š¦øWhat Youāll Need

šDriving Requirement: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle isessential for this role to travel between your local clients in these rural and semi-rural areas.
