We're currently recruiting Care Assistants and Support Workers across some of West London's most vibrant and diverse communities. Thanks to rapid expansion, we are actively hiring for:
š³Maida Vale & Kilburn (W9, NW6):Ā A rapidly growing area where we are receiving 5 to 6 new packages of care every week!
š«Chelsea & West Brompton (SW3, SW10):Ā Join our growing teams in these well-connected neighbourhoods, where we are expecting 3 to 5 new packages weekly.
šļøWestminster & Belgravia (SW1W, SW1X):Ā This is a brand new area we have taken on under a new contract, and we expect to start receiving referrals very soon.
(We also have opportunities across Paddington, Queens Park, Hyde Park, Swiss Cottage, Primrose Hill, St Johns Wood, and Earls Court!)
š¶ Local Work, Local Clients We aim to match our Care Professionals to clients within their local area wherever possible, helping you spend less time travelling and more time making a difference.
š· Competitive Pay
We believe great work deserves great pay. You will be paid at the following tiered rates:
š°MondayāSaturday: £14.80 per hour
š°Sunday: £15.30 per hour
ā° Highly Flexible Shift Patterns
Our services operate 7 days a week. We are currently looking for staff to cover a variety of full-time and part-time shift patterns, including:
Long Days:Ā 07:00 ā 21:00 (requiring availability for at least 5 days a week).
Weekend Blocks:Ā 08:00 ā 21:00 or 14:00 ā 21:00.
Evening Shifts:Ā 16:00 ā 21:00.
š About the Roles & Specific Packages
Youāll play a vital role in supporting our service users to live independently, with dignity and confidence. Because we provide highly tailored, person-centred care, we are currently welcoming applications from both male and female care professionals to cover new referrals.
(Please note: Where specific client packages require a male or female carer for personal care, this is an occupational requirement exempt under the Equality Act 2010).
š What Youāll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youāll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Youāll help with:
Supporting with personal careĀ ā bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming with the utmost dignity
Assisting with medicationĀ ā preparation and safe administration
Helping with mobilityĀ ā using aids/equipment safely and supporting rehabilitation after hospital stays
Preparing meals/snacksĀ and offering mealtime support
Carrying out light domestic dutiesĀ ā laundry, making beds, household tasks
Offering companionshipĀ and building meaningful relationships

š”ļøSafety & Emergency ResponseĀ ā creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed

𦸠What Youāll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!)
Hold onto your hats ā ideally, youāll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!
But hereās the truth: what matters most to us is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go. Youāll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten.
