š·Pay & Benefits
š° Weekdays (Mon-Fri): Ā£14.44 per hour
š° Saturdays: Ā£15.44 per hour
š° Sundays: Ā£15.44 per hour
š Mileage allowance: Ā£0.30p per mile
ā°Shift Patterns
Our services run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
š Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM ā 2:00/3:00 PM
š Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM ā 9:00 PM
š Sleep-in/Waking nights Shifts: 9:00 PM ā 7:00 AM

š What Youāll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youāll provide essential care and support in the homes of our clients, following personalised care plans that put dignity and respect at the heart of everything you do.
Youāll help with:
- Supporting with personal care ā bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
- Assisting with medication ā preparation and administration
- Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
- Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
- Carrying out light domestic duties ā laundry, making beds, light cleaning
- Offering companionship and building meaningful relationships

- š¤ Companionship ā conversations, activities, outings
- š Medication Management ā collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
- š² Nutrition & Mealtimes ā cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
- š” Housekeeping ā light cleaning, laundry, tidying
- š¶ Mobility Assistance ā transfers, walking support, use of aids
- š Health Monitoring ā observing and reporting changes in condition
- š Social Inclusion ā helping maintain community and family connections
- š¬ Emotional Support ā empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- š Documentation ā accurate record keeping
- š”ļø Safety & Emergency Response ā creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- š¤ Collaboration ā working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
š¦øWhat Youāll Need (Besides a Cape!)

- šDriving Requirement: Access to a vehicle is strictly required due to the geographical nature of this role (you must hold a valid driving licence).

- ā Strong communication and listening skills (that would make a UN diplomat jealous)
- ā A positive, can-do attitude (as resilient as a rubber band and eager to learn)
- ā Problem-solving abilities
