Domiciliary care is all about keeping people where they are happiestāin their own homes. Instead of our clients moving into a residential facility, you will travel to them. By providing essential, everyday support, companionship, and practical help, you empower vulnerable individuals to safely maintain their independence, routines, and dignity within the comfort of their own familiar surroundings.

š Local Work Locations
As a community-based Care Professional, you will be traveling locally to support clients. For this role, we are specifically covering packages across the Greenwich borough, including:
- Greenwich
- Blackheath
- Charlton
- Woolwich & Plumstead
š·Pay & Benefits
- Weekdays (MonāSat): Ā£14.80 per hour
- Sundays: £15.20 per hour
- āØGuaranteed hours contracts available for the right candidates ā giving you the security of regular work!
ā°Shift Patterns
- Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 am ā 2:00/3:00 pm
- Evening Shifts: 4:00 pm ā 9:00 pm
- š§Personal Care ā Bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, and maintaining dignity.
- š¤Companionship ā Meaningful conversations, activities, and outings.
- šMedication Management ā Collecting prescriptions, daily reminders, and safe administration.
- š²Nutrition & Mealtimes ā Cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs, and mealtime support.
- š”Housekeeping ā Light cleaning, laundry, tidying, and making beds.
- š¶Mobility Assistance ā Safe transfers, walking support, and the use of aids/equipment.
- šHealth Monitoring ā Observing and reporting any changes in a client's condition.
- šSocial Inclusion ā Helping clients maintain vital community and family connections.
- š¬Emotional Support ā Providing empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear.
- šDocumentation ā Accurate and timely record keeping for every visit.
- š”ļøSafety & Emergency Response ā Creating safe environments and acting quickly when needed.
- š¤Collaboration ā Working closely with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families.
š¦øWhat Youāll Need (Qualifications & Requirements)
Experience isnāt essential ā we provide full training. What truly matters is your patience, encouragement, and positivity to help people achieve their goals. Because this is a new and growing contract, we are looking for dedicated individuals who bring:

- ā Excellent communication and keen observation skills.
- ā Flexibility, resilience, and a collaborative team spirit.
