Position:Â Growth Product ManagerÂ
Â
We're seeking a Growth Product Manager to join our product team, focusing on driving user engagement and cross-product adoption while facilitating seamless integration between Dunsguide and other CIAL Dun & Bradstreet products. You'll join our cross-functional team, working closely with developers, designers, and fellow product managers in operations and marketing.Â

ResponsibilitiesÂ
Â
- Own and drive key engagement and conversion metrics while maintaining a deep understanding of our users' needs and pain pointsÂ
- Build and analyze conversion funnels throughout the customer journey, from initial platform engagement to premium features adoptionÂ
- Lead the strategic connection between Dunsguide and CIAL360 (decisioning platform), creating seamless workflows from customer and supplier discovery to risk assessmentÂ
- Work with data and business service layer teams to define and implement necessary API integrations and data sharing protocolsÂ
- Partner with product marketing to develop and execute strategies for upselling and cross-selling within the CIAL DNB ecosystemÂ
- Drive product decisions through a combination of data analysis, user research, and market understandingÂ
- Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and present strategies and results to senior managementÂ
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, ensuring alignment between growth initiatives and broader company objectivesÂ
- Mentor team members and promote best practices in product developmentÂ

QualificationsÂ
Â
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years focusing on growth initiativesÂ
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (ex. Excel, SQL, etc.) and product analytics platforms (we use Posthog)Â
- Experience with B2B SaaS products and enterprise solutionsÂ
- Track record of driving measurable business impact through product optimizationÂ
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectivelyÂ
- Exceptional at breaking down complex projects into clear, actionable tasks for developers and designersÂ
- Basic understanding of technical concepts like APIs and system integrationsÂ
- Strong product intuition that balances data-driven decisions with user needs and market understandingÂ
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, fluent in PortugueseÂ
