At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedĀ Senior SDETĀ to join our team inĀ Brasil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview
As a Senior SDET, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our enterprise AI-powered conversational platform, featuring complex optimization engines and multi-agent orchestration. You will design and implement comprehensive testing strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- DesignĀ and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML systems, optimization engines, and API integrations.
- BuildĀ automated test frameworks for multi-agent workflows and conversational AI systems.
- DevelopĀ end-to-end integration tests across serverless cloud infrastructure.
- CreateĀ performance and load testing frameworks for optimization solvers.
- ValidateĀ mathematical optimization outputs and AI agent reasoning accuracy.
- ImplementĀ test observability using CloudWatch, X-Ray, and logging frameworks.
- CreateĀ dashboards to track test coverage, execution results, and quality metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Must-have Skills:
- Experience as SDET, QA, or Test Automation Specialist.
- Excellent English communication (B2 or higher - mandatory).
- Experience with test automation frameworks (Pytest, unittest, Robot Framework, Selenium).
- API testing expertise (Postman, REST Assured, requests library).
- AWS testing experience (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
- CI/CD pipelines and test integration (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
- Performance and load testing tools (Locust, JMeter, Gatling).
- SQL proficiency for data validation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- Experience testing AI/ML systems, LLMs, or conversational agents.
- Knowledge of optimization algorithm validation.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Lambda functions, and serverless architecture.
- Experience with contract testing and API mocking (Pact, WireMock).
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code testing (CDK).
- Experience with observability tools (CloudWatch, X-Ray, DataDog).
