If that sounds like you, we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our European DirectâtoâConsumer (DTC) business.
This is a highâvisibility, strategic role where youâll lead and shape our DTC growth strategy across multiple European markets. Acting as the subject matter expert, youâll work crossâfunctionally with Brand, Sales and wider business teams, while managing agency partners to deliver bestâinâclass execution.
Youâll focus on driving commercial performance, expanding into new DTC enabled channels (including social commerce and marketplaces), and optimising the full customer journeyâmaking a real impact on one of our fastestâgrowing business areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead and deliver the European DTC growth strategy and annual planning cycle.
- Own performance marketing strategy and budgets, optimising ROI across channels.
- Drive CRM and lifecycle marketing to improve retention and customer value.
- Orchestrate execution through agency partners, including setting direction, briefing agencies, prioritising activity, and governing delivery and performance.
- Manage Shopify platform performance and customer journeys through agency partners.
- Oversee website and SEO optimisation across WordPress and related platforms.
- Analyse data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate crossâfunctionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT and Operations.
- Manage agency partners to ensure delivery against strategic objectives.
Education & Experience Required:
- 5+ yearsâ experience in DTC or eCommerce, ideally within FMCG.
- Proven track record delivering digital growth strategies across multiple channels.
- Strong handsâon experience with Shopify and CMS tools.
- Experience across paid media, CRM/lifecycle marketing and analytics tools.
- Confident managing multiple websites and driving conversion optimisation.
- Experience working in crossâfunctional, multiâmarket environments.

Youâre confident managing complex projects, influencing stakeholders, and working across multiple markets. A strong communicator and problemâsolver, you combine dataâdriven decisionâmaking with creativity to deliver impactful results, while thriving in a collaborative, fastâmoving environment.
This role works 37 hours per week Monday-Friday, working remotely for 2 â 3 days per week.
