Joinour ALDManufacturingEngineering team.  The primary roleforthis Technical Project Manager issupporting ALDNew Product Transitions butresponsibilities canflexinto supportingNew Product Transitions,CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) and Refurbished Systems.   

Working as a Technical Project Manager within ALD requires working in a team environment where the team members support each other.  We value the ability to back up other team members.  Be ready and willing to work with and help other Manufacturing Engineers, Test Techs, Quality Engineers, System Project Managers, Suppliers, Business Management, Operations Management, and Finance. 

ALD Products: ALD Business Unitis continuing to develop their ‘quad wafer’ chamber and Trillium products. For theseproducts the NPT PM will work with Design Engineering, NPMEs,Materials PMs, Manufacturing Engineering and Operations to develop high levelPOR (Plan for Record) which includes developing the ATO (Assemble to Order) manufacturing strategyalong with where and how the modules will be built and tested. NPT PMmanages manufacturing builds which start withlab chambers and ELS (Early Learning Shipment)builds throughourALD pilot line. NPT PM also managesthe programs andbuilds as ALD Austin Manufacturing ships the DTOR (Development Tool of Record) shipments to customers. Alongwith the DTOR shipments, the NPT PM ensures that product isprogressing with build and test documentation, supplier quality, and field quality. NPT PM finishes the new product transitionto volumeonce the new product’smodulesmeet performance goals forcapacity, cycle time, and quality. 

Technical Project Manger 

Key Responsibilities 

Will prepare project plan andcoordinates the attainment of project deliverables from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements 

Will drive project deliverables and taskdetails by through the use reports, tracking chartsand, checklists. 

Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performanceobjectives for the project.   

Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance.  

Willparticipate on intra business unit design teams to complete projects.  Will contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals. 

Will research causes to project obstacles andassist in implementing solutions for resolution.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
