We are a Sales Operations team focused on data accuracy, reporting, and supporting key business decisions. Working closely with stakeholders in Israel, the team plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality sales data and ensuring smooth execution of ongoing processes.
We are looking for motivated candidates who can join us quickly and contribute to a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Supportdata analysis, reporting, and visualization to ensure accuracy and integrity of sales data
- Maintain, update, and enhancedatabases and reporting systems
- Monitor ongoing processes to identifytrends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
- Performregular reviews of sales data to detect and minimize discrepancies
- Ensure consistency and reliability acrossrecurring reports and data workflows
- Collaborate with global stakeholders toresolve data issues and improve processes
Must-have
- Strong attention to detail andhigh execution capabilities
- Fast learner with solidanalytical thinking skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst / similar role
- Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, formulas, reporting)
- Strong communication skills withfluent English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of acollaborative team
- Proactive mindset with a sense of ownership
