Description

At Check Point, Global HR Operations is where people, data, systems, employee experience — and now AI — come together. We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist based in India to join our global team and help deliver smart, seamless, and reliable HR support to employees around the world.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow in a global technology company — someone who is curious, organized, hands-on, and excited to make HR processes simpler, smarter, and accurate. As AI opens across our HR organization, this role is part of a new chapter where we can transform how we work and build faster, smarter, more scalable HR services.

 

  • Facilitate and supportongoing HR operational processes including weekly schedules, policies, reports, and employee communications
  • Act as afocal point for global HR operations, supporting processes across APAC, EMEA and USA regions
  • Serve as the primary liaison with theinternal IT team to maintain, support, and continuously improve HRIS systems
  • Partner closely withPayroll teams across the organization
  • SupportHR projects and process improvements from planning through execution
  • Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and high service levels across all HR operations activities
  • Up to 4 years of experience in HR Operations or other HR-related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, orMBA in HR
  • Experience or exposure toglobal HR environments, working with employees or stakeholders acrossIsrael, EMEA, USA, and/or APAC
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across cultures and time zones
  • Strongattention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Fluent English (written and verbal)
  • GoodExcel skills and comfort working with data and reports
  • Service-oriented mindset with acan-do approach
  • Strongorganizational and project management skills
  • High energy, motivated, and self-driven, with the ability to thrive in afast-paced, dynamic environment
