Community Specialist - Temporary Position (3 months)

We are seeking a passionate Community specialist to join our team. As a community specialist, you will be responsible for creating and executing innovative ideas that foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. You will work closely with employees to create an atmosphere where people love to come to work and feel supported in their personal and professional needs.

This is a temporary position for 3 months

• Develop and execute employee engagement activities such as happy hours, volunteering, holiday celebrations, team activity, and much more
• Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
• Provide the BEST service to all employees
• Shorten response and resolution time for ongoing and special requests

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Behavioral Science or a related field
• A genuine passion for creating memorable employee experiences and a desire to provide outstanding customer service are critical
• Proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands while maintaining a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
