The Role
Charlotte Tilbury has grown rapidly across Asia-Pacific, with an established presence in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Thailand, India, Malaysia and South Korea. As we continue to accelerate growth through new-market expansion, we are seeking a commercially minded and highly collaborative Demand Planner to strengthen our regional planning capability.
The Demand Planner will own the development of a high quality, consensus demand plan that supports commercial growth, product availability, and financial delivery across the APAC region. The role converts market intelligence, sell-in and sell-out trends, promotional plans, launches, and customer requirements into an actionable rolling forecast.

We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of demand planning or relevant Supply Chain experience, ideally within beauty or FMCG. You will be a strong communicator and relationship builder, able to challenge assumptions constructively and turn data into clear business recommendations.
Role Accountabilities
- Own the rolling APAC demand forecast at market, channel, customer, and SKU level
- Build and maintain the regional statistical forecast in FuturMaster, applying relevant demand drivers and market intelligence
- Analyse sell-in, sell-through, market data, inventory to identify demand signals, risks and opportunities
- Translate promotional calendars, price changes, assortment changes, and commercial initiatives into forecast assumptions
- Lead demand planning for new product post-launch reviews, reformulation forecast, discontinuation and range changes
- Evaluate demand impact from cannibalization, product substitution, phasing and channel shifts
- Facilitate monthly market demand-review meetings to secure and align timely, robust and consensus-based forecasts
- Consolidate regional demand inputs and prepare key assumptions, haps, risks and growth opportunities in the APAC S&OP process
- Partner with Commercial, Marketing, and Finance teams to reconcile demand plans with strategic priorities, budget and latest estimate
- Measure forecast accuracy, bias and forecast variances; lead root-cause reviews to drive improvement actions
- Produce concise planning dashboards and executive-reedy reporting on demand planning, and business performance
- Maintain planning master data, forecast parameters, and system data quality
- Strengthen regional planning standards, tools, reporting and ways of working through continuous improvement initiatives
- Work with Supply Planning to ensure an executable and realistic plan is developed to meet forecast requirements and financial budgets

Key Selection Criteria
We are looking for a collaborative and commercially minded Demand Planner who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will combine strong analytical capability with the confidence to influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions constructively, and deliver practical solutions across a diverse APAC region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least three years of experience working in Demand Planning, forecasting, supply chain planning or a related function; experience in beauty or FMCG is preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing demand forecast across multiple markets, channels, customers, or product categories within APAC
- Experience of challenging forecasting assumptions and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong process focused communication, interpersonal skills and great relationship building abilities
- Experience demand-planning systems such as FuturMaster, Anaplan, SAP IBP, or equivalent is advantageous
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities while delivering accurate work to under a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and solution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership, reliability, and follow-through
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Advanced Excel, Power BI or similar tools
- Fluency in English and Chinese is essential and proficiency in other regional languages is highly desirable
