We’re looking for Skilled Labourers who can work safely, use tools and equipment, and help keep the job site running smoothly. If you have experience, work hard, and can handle the physical demands of construction, this role is a good fit.
What You’ll Do
- Use hand tools and power tools
- Help with site clean‑up and setup
- Follow all safety rules
- Help install concrete and footing work
- Operate equipment like jackhammers, drills, skid steers, zoom booms, and aerial lifts (tickets required)
- Use pumps, compressors, and generators
- Load and unload materials
- Build and take down scaffolding and temporary structures
- Grind, sand, scrape, and polish surfaces
- Help build forms for walls, slabs, stairs, and footings
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete
- Dig trenches, backfill, and level ground
- Align forms and strip/assemble form systems
- Experience in3+ construction tasks/trades
- Concrete skills:pouring, spreading, finishing
- Able to usehand and power tools safely
- Knowledge ofworkplace safety and safe lifting
- Valid equipment tickets (skid steer, aerial lift, telehandler)
- First Aid/CPR (preferred)
- Good communication with supervisors, coworkers, and customers
- Able to manage time and work withminimal supervision
- Strong customer service and teamwork
- Adaptable, willing to learn, and open to improving how work gets done
Physical DemandsÂ
- Lift up to50 lbs, work at heights, and handle strenuous tasks
- Workoutdoors in all weather
- Exposure toconstruction noise and hazards
- Use requiredPPEÂ
- Able toclimb ladders and work around heavy equipment
- Goodcoordination and manual dexterity
