Senior Business Analyst – Commercial Pharma

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Business Analyst with 9–11 years of experience inCommercial Pharma andData & Analytics. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering, and AI/BI teams to gather requirements, drive analytics initiatives, and deliver AI-powered business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements across Commercial Pharma functions.
  • Translate business needs into Epics, User Stories, and functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to deliver analytics solutions.
  • Support AI-driven initiatives, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Facilitate workshops, UAT, stakeholder communication, and change management.
  • Ensure data governance and compliance with pharma regulations.

Required Skills

  • Strong Commercial Pharma domain expertise, including European drug launches.
  • Experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Agile methodologies, requirement gathering, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency inPower BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
