We are looking for experienced professionals with backgrounds in Account Executive, B2B, B2C, or Channel Sales who possess strong skills in client relationship management and business development.
This role supports the daily operations of Cesna Group and contributes to expansion recruitment initiatives. As part of a global team of executives and recruitment consultants, you will deliver high-quality recruitment services recognized for strong internal research capability, fast response time, flexibility, and a proven ability to identify top-tier talent for large international organizations.
Key Responsibilities
• Sourcing candidates through various channels including headhunting, online job platforms, social networks, and internal databases
• Conducting interviews (screening calls, phone interviews, and face-to-face meetings)
• Presenting suitable candidates to clients
• Coordinating and managing the full interview process
• Extending job offers and supporting deal closure
• Identifying and acquiring new clients using business development experience in B2B/B2C and account management
• Developing new business opportunities
• Presenting Cesna Group’s services to prospective and existing clients
• Negotiating commercial terms with clients
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute efficiently and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines
• 1–5 years of commercial sales experience (B2B preferred) or related field
• Competitive mindset (sports background or proven high-performance sales record is a plus)
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum GPA of 3.0 (entry-level consideration only)
• Proven experience working toward and achieving targets in a business environment
• Demonstrated top performance or recognition as a high achiever
• Strong communication skills
• English proficiency required; additional languages such as Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, or Spanish are a plus
