In this role you will support people who have recently left hospital following surgery or illness that require additional support whilst they recover. TheCare Assistant (Reablement) role is a vital care service that means people can leave hospital sooner and reduces pressure on the NHS.

- Shifts:
- This role is for Night shifts, which may be 1:1 or 2:1 support. This is an 'On-Call' service, and therefore you must be prepared to travel across the Fife area (we cover the entire area from Dunfermline to Kirkcaldy to St Andrews and anywhere in between!).
- Shifts are 9pm to 9am, and are paid at a block hourly rate.

The Role: Supporting clients across the Fife area, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, yourequire a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
