Role Summary

The Director of Platinum Member Experience & Connections owns the relationship between CEO Life and its highest-tier members. This person makes sure every Platinum and Platinum Plus member feels personally known, fully onboarded, and consistently receiving the perks and access their membership promises. Over time, the role expands to own member success and member-to-member connections across the full community.

This is a relationship role first and an operations role second. Success looks like Platinum members who renew without hesitation because they can name the value they got — and the person who delivered it.

- Platinum & Platinum Plus Ownership

- Personal relationship building

- Perk delivery and accountability

- Strategic introductions

- Data, CRM & reporting

Log member interactions, check-ins, introductions, and perk delivery promptly and consistently.

Generate monthly reports on top-tier member engagement, satisfaction, and connection outcomes.

Track introduction success rates and member satisfaction against a defined target.

Document member success stories and testimonials for marketing and retention.

Membership growth & sales (commission-only structures to help you earn more)

Recruit and close new members, earning commission on every membership you personally close.

Earn volume and performance-tier bonuses as you hit monthly new-member thresholds.

Earn referral commissions when you refer members to paid courses or masterminds where CEO Life receives a facilitator commission, and on qualified chapter referrals.
