What You'll Do
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Audio Visual (AV) incidents and service requests across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across AV systems, including audio, video, conferencing, control systems, displays, projectors, cameras, microphones, and room connectivity.
- Support collaboration technologies including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Crestron, QSC, AMX, and Cisco room systems.
- Deliver responsive support for live meetings, executive presentations, and business-critical events, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Perform preventative maintenance, firmware updates, and system monitoring to maximise AV performance.
- Log, prioritise, and resolve incidents in ITSM systems, escalating complex issues to internal teams or vendors where required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and identify opportunities to improve AV services.
What You'll Bring
- Experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support within enterprise AV or collaboration environments.
- Hands-on experience supporting AV technologies such as Microsoft Teams Rooms, Cisco Webex, Crestron, QSC, AMX, or similar platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV hardware, conferencing technologies, audio, video, control systems, and signal flow.
- Experience using ITSM or ticketing systems and working within SLA-driven support environments.
- Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, PoE, VLANs, and AV connectivity troubleshooting.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to support technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment while managing competing priorities.
