As an Indirect Procurement Specialist, you will manage and execute procurement strategies for various indirect categories, ensuring the continuous, cost-effective supply of services and goods necessary for operational excellence.

·       Manage end-to-end sourcing processes for indirect categories, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and cost targets.

·       Evaluate, select, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best commercial terms, quality, and service levels.

·       Draft, review, and manage contracts, purchase orders, and service agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders and legal guidelines.

·       Partner with internal departments to understand operational needs, anticipate supply requirements, and streamline purchasing workflows.

·       Maintain accurate procurement data, track supplier KPIs, and utilize ERP systems (such as SAP) alongside advanced Excel to generate purchasing reports and insights.
