The Catch22 Employability division provides skills and employability provision on a range of programmes, both public and corporate funded. As a Team Leader on our Liverpool Connect to Work programme, you will lead the delivery of a high-quality, person-centred employability service in line with supported employment (SEQF) fidelity models(this role is often referred to as a service manager position).

This role focuses on enabling people with disabilities, learning difficulties/disabilities, neurodiverse conditions, mental health challenges or individuals from disadvantaged and complex backgrounds to prepare for, secure and sustain meaningful paid employment aligned with their goals, while promoting inclusion, independence and long-term wellbeing.
You will manage and develop a team of Employment Specialists, ensuring excellent service delivery, strong performance and positive participant experiences. The role is to motivate and support a dedicated and professional operational team to deliver a high-quality service in line with SEQF fidelity, drive referrals, support participants to achieve their employment aspirations, meet performance expectations, ensure compliance across all requirements and achieve high levels of service standards and accreditations, while contributing to the wider organisational growth strategy.
Key duties:
- Lead a team to deliver person-centred employability support that helps people achieve sustainable employment, education and training outcomes.
- Drive service quality, performance and compliance, ensuring delivery meets contractual requirements
- Develop strong relationships with employers, commissioners and partner organisations to create opportunities and maximise positive outcomes.
- Coach, support and motivate staff to achieve their potential, embed best practice and contribute to Catch22's mission of creating positive social change.

We will need you to have:
- Five GCSEs or equivalent at Grade C/4 or above
- Relevant professional qualification relevant to employability or a related field
- Operational Management experience in performance driven SEQF, IPS or âPlace, Train and Maintainâ employability services
- Experience of working with commissioners / external partners
Desirable Criteria:Â
- Understanding of welfare benefits and employment legislation
- Knowledge of SEQF fidelity scale
- Experience of leading service improvement or quality assurance activities

Salary: ÂŁ38,000
Contract:Â Full time | Permanent (37 hours per week)
- Accredited SEQF level 3 qualification - delivered by The Busy Group
- 28Â days annual leave + bank holidays, rising to 33 days with service.
