Video Producer

Location: Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) - Hybrid working mode (2 days in the office)

About Us

TRG International is a leading provider of financial solutions that help businesses modernize their financial systems. We are looking for a talented and creative Video Producer to join our team and take charge of producing high-quality video content, including solution showcases, customer testimonials, corporate branding videos, podcasts, online courses, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop video concepts and storyboards aligned with company branding.
• Lead end-to-end video production projects, from planning, to budgeting, to execution.
• Scriptwriting, storyboard creation, and project timeline management.
• Operate cameras and other video equipment, including lights, microphones, and green screens.
• Edit videos, add motion graphics, titles, and ensure professional delivery.
• Handle basic sound editing to enhance video production quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create videos for solution showcases, customer testimonials, corporate branding, podcasts, and more.
• Oversee and mentor the video production team to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Provide coverage for internal events and promotional content.
• Manage the company’s studio and ensure proper use of equipment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in video production, from concept creation to final edit.
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, sound editing, and motion graphics.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Familiarity with sound editing for video.
• Ability to lead a video production team and oversee multiple projects.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience in corporate video production is a plus.
• Hybrid work option available, with a preference for candidates based in HCMC who can be on-site 2 days a week.
