This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week.
The remuneration midpoint for this role is $113,580 p.a. (including KiwiSaver), depending on skills and experience.
The opportunity
This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the long-term resilience and sustainability of Tiaki Wai’s drinking water treatment assets and associated automation systems.
Working within the Treatment Planning team, you’ll combine asset management and operational insight to support maintenance and renewal planning, manage critical spares and contribute to longer-term investment decisions. You’ll also help improve asset information and data quality, ensuring our teams have the information they need to make sound asset management decisions.
Implement asset class and tactical asset management plans.
Oversee critical spares management and ensure the resilience of operations.
Contribute to strategic asset improvement investigations and renewal planning.
Validate and maintain accurate asset data across systems (Maximo, InfoAsset, P&IDs)
Assist in training staff on computerised maintenance management systems
About you
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
Engineering degree or trade qualification
Treatment plant operation experience is desirable.
Understanding of asset management principles and industrial equipment
Strong analytical, data management, and communication skills
Full NZ driver’s licence
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and P&ID
