Clinical Trial Liaison

Assignment type:Freelance consultancy contract via TFS HealthScience

Are you the person investigators call back? We are looking for a Clinical Trial Liaison for a freelance assignment with one of our biopharma clients, supporting an ongoing clinical programme in Europe.

This is a site facing role, not a monitoring role. You are the local link between the sponsor, the CRO team and the investigator sites, and you are measured on one thing: sites that activate on time, enrol, and stay engaged.

What you will do

• Build and hold strong relationships with investigators and site staff in your market

• Bring local insight into feasibility, site selection and country enrolment planning

• Run site motivation and enrolment support visits, and step in early when a site slips

• Support start up, regulatory and EC submission activities with local knowledge

• Attend Site Initiation Visits as sponsor representative and carry out oversight visits covering both CRA and site performance

• Work with the CRO team on a shared plan for trial targets, and escalate site issues with a proposed solution

• Engage patient advocacy groups and KOLs where they matter to recruitment

Who you are

• Life science degree

• 7+ years in clinical research, at least 5 as CRA, monitor or equivalent

• Proven site management background and an established investigator network in your country

• Experience from specialty indications

• Strong ICH GCP knowledge

• Fluent English plus your local language

• Used to working across CTM, start up, medical and CRO teams

• Clinical or medical background is an advantage

• Part time, scope and duration confirmed at interview

• Travel to sites required
