Are you an experienced Network Engineer with 3-5 years of experience who enjoys maintaining, improving and supporting enterprise network environments? Do you want to work with modern networking technologies in an international organization? Then SD Worx could be the perfect next step in your career.
You will join our Network Team, responsible for the operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of SD Worx's global network infrastructure.
Your responsibilities:
Support the operation and maintenance of the global network infrastructure.
Analyze and resolve network incidents and service requests.
Participate in network changes, upgrades and deployments.
Work together with senior engineers on infrastructure projects and improvements.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents.
Monitor network performance and proactively identify optimization opportunities.
Ensure network solutions are properly documented.
Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud and security teams.
Support data center and cloud connectivity initiatives.
Participate in the on-call rotation and support activities when required.

Your knowledge, technical skills, qualifications and experience:
3-5 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
Solid understanding of:
Routing & Switching
TCP/IP Networking
LAN/WAN technologies
Network troubleshooting
Experience with Cisco networking environments.
Knowledge of routing protocols such as:
OSPF
BGP
Static Routing
Experience with firewall technologies (Checkpoint, Cisco ASA or similar).
Experience with network monitoring and incident management.
Experience implementing network changes according to change management procedures.
Knowledge of cloud networking concepts in Azure, AWS or Google Cloud.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
