Coca Chu is seeking an experienced hospitality professional ready to grow into leadership. As our new Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll work alongside the Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of this vibrant, fast-paced restaurant while mentoring and developing fellow team members.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys leading by example, delivering memorable guest service and building the leadership skills needed for future supervisory and management roles within Hamilton Island.

Your Role

As Food & Beverage Team Leader, you’ll help coordinate daily restaurant operations while remaining hands-on with service. You’ll coach team members, support management and help ensure every guest enjoys the warm and engaging experience Coca Chu is known for.

Where you’ll make an impact

• Lead the team by example during service
• Support daily floor operations and service coordination
• Coach and mentor Food & Beverage Attendants
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Resolve guest enquiries professionally and confidently
• Support opening, closing and operational procedures
• Maintain high service standards and outlet presentation
• Ensure RSA, food safety and WHS compliance
• Foster a positive and supportive team culture

What we’re looking for

• Strong à la carte service experience
• Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Passion for mentoring and developing others
• RSA Certificate (Essential)
