What you'll be doing

You'll work hands-on across preparation and service, supporting your section and the wider brigade to keep a busy kitchen moving. You'll prepare and cook dishes consistently to standard, maintain your mise en place and learn to manage the pace and organisation required during high-volume service.

It's a great environment to strengthen your core cooking skills, learn from senior chefs and gain the practical experience needed to progress through the kitchen brigade.

What we're looking for

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Essential)
• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
• Experience within a busy restaurant, bistro or similar environment
• Strong foundation in food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain consistency during high-volume service
• Good organisation, attention to detail and a strong team approach
• A positive attitude and genuine desire to continue developing as a chef
