YOUR ROLE:

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with senior management to oversee the company’s financial, accounting, and tax functions;

• Performing in-depth accounting analyses and providing strategic recommendations;

• Contributing to the preparation, review, and monitoring of budgets;

• Managing and guiding the accounting team to ensure operational efficiency;

• Partnering with various stakeholders on initiatives aimed at optimizing processes.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration;

• Proven experience in a Corporate Controller role;

• Experience in a professional services firm is considered an asset;

• CPA designation is an asset;

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial standards, and tax regulations;

• Advanced skills in financial analysis and budget management;

• Strong interest in emerging trends and process optimization;

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with internal and external stakeholders;

• Foster a harmonious work environment by adopting a constructive and people‑focused approach;

• Good leadership skills. Team management experience is an asset;

• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written;

• Proficiency in accounting and financial software, as well as common office tools.
