About the role
We’re looking for friendly, confident Event Assistants to help deliver our shows and create a great experience for every guest.
As part of the event team, you’ll be the welcoming face of Candlelight — greeting visitors, helping them find their way, and making sure everything runs smoothly throughout the event.
What you’ll do 🧑💼
Welcome and assist guests
Check tickets and provide information
Drinks pouring
Help manage the flow of visitors
Support the event team with set-up and pack-down
Help resolve any questions or issues during the event
Make sure guests feel welcome and have a great experience
What we’re looking for☺️
You’ll be:
Friendly, confident and approachable
A clear and positive communicator
Reliable and organised
A quick learner
Calm and proactive in a busy environment
Available to work evenings and weekends
Previous events or customer service experience is helpful but not essential. A great attitude and willingness to get stuck in are what matter most.
