Purpose

In the role of Tender Agent,you will be responsible for supporting the end‑to‑end tender management process. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high‑quality tender submissions within the required timelines, ensuring that both existing and new customers receive best‑in‑class tender solutions.

How can you help us?

  • Experience with providingadministrative support for tenders for both public and private customers.

  • Ability to ensure fullcompliance with public procurement requirements when working on public‑sector tenders.

  • Confidence incoordinating the tender process and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.

  • Strong skills inbackground research, document searches, and data collection needed for tender preparation.

  • A reliable approach tomeeting tender deadlines and taking ownership of timely delivery.

  • Capability to support thereview and final sign‑off of proposals and other tender documents.

  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to suggest and supportimprovements to systems and processes.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, includingtracking contracts, managing issues, reporting trends, and responding to stakeholder inquiries.

  • Readiness to handlesample order placements required for tender submissions.

Are you a match?

  • 1–2 years of experience incontract and/or tender management.

  • Background or strong interest inadministration or legal topics.

  • Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills..

  • A sense of pride in delivering high‑quality work within agreed timelines.

  • Strongadministrative skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to managemultiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.

  • A calm and professional approach when interacting with customers.

  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all internal and external levels.

  • Proficiency inSpanishis required; proficiency inPortugueseis a plus.

  • Strongorganizational skills, resulting in a methodical and structured way of working.

  • Good command ofMS Office.

  • Ability to work effectivelyas part of a team as well asindependently.
