Job Summary:
The Systems Engineer will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure. This position, no matter the level, will ensure system reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the firm’s technology needs and drive continuous improvement.
This is a hybrid role and will require time in the office. Only candidates local to the St. Louis Metropolitan area will be accepted. No C2C.
Responsibilities:
- Systems Engineer I:
- Ensuring IT systems and solutions align with organizational goals and follow industry best practices for scalability and security.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Document systems, processes, and procedures.
- Microsoft Entra ID.Â

- LAN/WAN monitoring and network utilization.Â
- Systems Engineer II:
- Lead the design and deployment of complex IT systems and solutions.
- Document systems, processes, and procedures.
- Monthly Testing and Deploying Windows updates via Desktop Central or Intune.Â

- Office 365 Administration.Â
- SentinelOne EDR.Â

- DRaaS Management and annual testing.

Minimum Requirements:
- Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- Certifications AZ-900, AZ-104, CCNA, or MCSE preferred.
- Minimum Years of Experience:
- 3-10 years in systems engineering or a related role, with a strong background in network and server management.
- Other Requirements (Knowledge, Skill, Ability, and Licensure(s)):
- Knowledge and understanding with Windows Server 2012-2022 including heavy Active Directory & Group Policy use. The systems include Microsoft Entra ID, VMware Infrastructure Administration version 7.0, Veeam Backup and Replication, and Azure Cloud Infrastructure.
- Ability to solve problems and troubleshoot.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).4
- Availability for occasional travel for office moves. (Estimated at once or twice per year for a full week.)
