Senior System Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate technical topics clearly withcustomers and internal stakeholders

• Analyze and decompose system requirements intohardware/mechanical/software-related specifications

• Work closely with hardware and mechanical engineers onschematic design, component selection and design reviews

• Perform cost analysis and trade-off studies to delivercompetitive and technically feasible BOM solutions

• Interface between engineering team and manufacturing team toensure system consistency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above inElectrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field

• 3–5+ years of relevant working experience in electronics-related roles

• Solid knowledge of:

  • Analog circuits

  • Digital circuits

  • Basic system-level electronics principles

• Hands-on experience as aHardware Engineer is highly preferred

• Ability to understand circuit behavior and translate it intosystem-level considerations

• Fluent spoken English, capable of participating in technical discussions and meetings

• Strong analytical skills and a structured engineering mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience inautomotive electronics / power electronics / embedded systems

• Familiarity withsystem engineering processes (requirements management, system validation, etc.)

• Experience working withglobal customers or internal development teams
