
Technical Product Owner

About the role
As a Technical Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating activities related to the business integration capabilities and core systems. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to ensure coherent and future oriented solutions.
The role requires both strong coordination skills and the ability to understand and navigate a complex technical landscape. It is important that you succeed in facilitating good collaboration based on trust as well as a result-oriented and constructive approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the integration landscape and trends.
- Facilitating process on future direction of specific integration areas.
- Ensuring alignment between business, IT, and program stakeholders.
- Supporting planning, prioritization, and execution of development activities.
- Identifying risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions.
- Contributing to governance, reporting, and decision-making.

About the team
You will join a team of project managers, product owners, and program professionals working across major business and IT initiatives. We collaborate closely, support each other, and value knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Who are you?
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and curious profile with an interest in both technology and coordination. You may come from a role as a PO, project manager, business analyst, or similar.
We imagine that you:
- Have an interest in complex IT landscapes and legacy systems
- Are able to create structure and maintain overview in complex environments
- Thrive in stakeholder-heavy roles and enjoy collaboration across functions
- Communicate clearly and can bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Take ownership and drive tasks forward with energy and persistence

You also have:
- Some technical understanding – enabling you to navigate system landscapes and dependencies
- Experience from (or exposure to) IT projects, transformation programs, or similar
- A structured and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Curiosity and willingness to learn and grow in the role
Experience with legacy systems or large-scale transformations is an advantage – but not a requirement.
