About the Role

Qualys is seeking aSenior Principal Product Manager to drive core capabilities of ourEnterprise TruRisk Management (ETM) platform. This is a high-impactindividual contributor role focused on building scalable, data-driven platform capabilities acrossrisk prioritization, ROC workflows, reporting, analytics, and AI-driven experiences.

This role is for a hands-on product leader who thrives in complexity, brings clarity to cybersecurity problems, and can translate deep technical concepts into real, usable workflows for customers. We are looking for someone with anAI-first mentality who can help shape intelligent, automation-driven experiences and bringagentic AI capabilities into exposure management workflows.

What You Will Do

• Ownroadmap and execution for ETM core modules such asrisk prioritization, ROC workflows, reporting, analytics, and AI-powered experiences.
• Define and buildend-to-end workflows for risk triage, prioritization, remediation, and operational decision-making.
• Translate complex cybersecurity concepts intoclear product requirements, prioritization logic, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and UX todefine requirements, prioritize sprints, and validate features with high quality.
• Driveplatform-first design across data models, correlation, prioritization logic, integrations, and intelligent workflow orchestration.
• Identify opportunities to embedAI and agentic capabilities into ETM workflows, recommendations, and analyst experiences.
• Build and refine integrations with tools such asServiceNow, Jira, CMDBs, CSPMs, and vulnerability scanners.
• Partner with customers, SMEs, and field teams tovalidate requirements, iterate quickly, and improve product quality.
• Identify and addressfoundational gaps in data integrity, findings correlation, workflow effectiveness, and explainability.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in product management or technical product roles.
• Strong experience buildingplatform or cybersecurity products with deep technical complexity.
• Strong understanding of at least two of the following:
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Risk Prioritization / RBVM
  • Cloud Security / CSPM
  • Security Operations / SOC
  • Compliance or Threat Detection
• Strong platform mindset with experience indata models, workflows, integrations, and scalable systems.
• Ability to work hands-on with engineering onrequirements, trade-offs, and execution details.
• Proven ability to operate as astrong IC and influence globally distributed teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with US-based teams.

Strongly preferred:

• Experience buildingAI-driven product capabilities, includingagentic AI, copilots, intelligent recommendations, or workflow automation.
