We are hiring aJunior Developerto join our Technology & Delivery team.

In this role you will support and enhance business applications across Acacium Group, helping to deliver reliable technology solutions for internal stakeholders. You'll work closely with experienced developers while developing your technical skills in platforms such as OutSystems, Power Automate and Copilot.

In this role, you will:

• Develop and enhance applications, contributing to new features and improvements under the guidance of senior developers.

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve bugs, while supporting the ongoing maintenance of existing systems.

• Work closely with developers and stakeholders, participating in team meetings, stand-ups and code reviews.

• Support internal users by resolving issues efficiently and providing a professional, customer-focused service.

• Maintain clear technical documentation, recording application changes, fixes and support activities.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience developing software through education, projects or commercial work.

• A keen interest in learning new technologies and developing technical skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
