Job Description:

🧭 Role Overview:

We’re seeking a hands-on, automation-firstDevOps Engineer to join our global engineering team. You’ll lead the design and implementation of secure and scalable infrastructure inAzure, focusing on robustCI/CD pipelines,Infrastructure as Code, andGitOps. You'll be responsible for optimizing deployments, managing AKS clusters, and automating with tools likeTerraform,Ansible, andPython, all within the framework of Microsoft’sCloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain efficientCI/CD pipelines withAzure DevOps (YAML-based), enabling secure, repeatable, and fast delivery.
• Define, provision, and manage infrastructure usingTerraform andAnsible, ensuring modular, reusable, and compliant configurations.
• Operate and optimizeAKS clusters, including autoscaling, ingress controllers, namespaces, and RBAC.
• ApplyGitOps principles usingFlux v2 (or ArgoCD), managing cluster state declaratively from Git.
• Automate operational tasks and platform workflows usingPython,Bash, orPowerShell.
• IntegrateAzure-native services (App Services, Functions, API Management, Gateways) in deployment and infra flows.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to align infrastructure and deployment workflows with theMicrosoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF).

🧰 Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience designing and managingCI/CD pipelines inAzure DevOps (multi-stage, templates, approvals).
• Expert-level knowledge inTerraform (remote state, workspaces, modules) andIaC best practices.
• Experience withAnsible for configuration management and provisioning.
• Proficiency in scripting withPython,Bash, orPowerShell.
• Strong background incontainer orchestration withAKS/Kubernetes, including security and autoscaling practices.
• Familiarized withGitOps tooling such asFlux orArgoCD.
• Experience with observability platforms likeAzure Monitor,Prometheus, orGrafana.
• Understanding of cloud security: secrets management, policy enforcement, image scanning, etc.
• Working knowledge ofAzure services: App Services, Functions, API Management, Gateways.
• Professional working proficiency inEnglish (Spanish is a plus).
• Certified inAZ-400,CKA/CKAD,Terraform Associate,will be a plus.
• Experience withAzure Policy,Landing Zones, andBlueprints,will be a plus.
• Knowledge on tools such asHelm,Vault,ArgoCD,Kustomize, will be a plus.
• Knowledge ofFinOps practices and cloud cost optimization, will be a plus.
