Financial & Business Analyst

About the Role

DB Investing is looking for aFinance & Business Analyst who enjoys working with data and turning numbers into meaningful business insights.

In this role, you will build reports and dashboards that help management monitor company performance, employee productivity, financial operations, payments and business growth. You will work closely with different departments to support strategic decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.

This role is ideal for someone withadvanced Excel and Power BI skills, strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Build andmaintainadvanced Excel reports andPower BI dashboards.

• Analyze employee, team, office and businessperformance.

• Monitor KPIs such as deposits, withdrawals, net deposits, FTDs, revenue, commissions, ROI and target achievement.

• Support payment tracking andreconciliation between CRM, payment providers and finance records.

• Identify trends, risks, and performance gaps and provide recommendations to management.

• Improve reporting processes through automation and data standardization.

• Ensure data accuracy and maintainhigh-quality reporting.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, dashboards).

• Strong Power BI knowledge (DAX, Power Query, data modeling, dashboard creation).

• Experience in financial analysis, reporting or business performance analysis.

• Stronganalytical andproblem-solving skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.

• Ability to explain complex data in a simple and clear way.

• Ability to work independently andmeet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is an advantage:

• Fintech

• Financial Services

• Brokerage / Forex / CFD

• Banking

• Payments

Experience working with CRM systems, payment providers, management reporting or finance operations is also considered a strong advantage.

What You'll Deliver

During your first few months, you will contribute to:

• Executive Excel reports.

• Power BI performance dashboards.

• Employee and business performance analysis.

• Payment reconciliation reports.

• Partner/IB performance analysis.

• Monthly management reports for senior leadership.
